200nl on stars turned top pair

Villian is junkmail, who i have 21.6/15.5/2.48 over 515 hands. i have a note on him that says one time i floated his cbet on a QQx board, and he c/c the turn and river with qj. I just tried a pretty spewy bluff vs him that turned out to be just that. Heres that hand

Sometime i check behind this turn, however since i was caught bluffing only a few hands before i thought that a bet might be read as a bluff again. Thoughts?

interesting. he really isn't repping much besides QJ. Most people can't have a 4 or JJ very often here b/c of pf, and it's sorta unlikely that he would take this line post with those hands anyway given that you keep missing bluffs vs him. I would just shove here probably.

He's repping a really tight range {QJ, 44, maybe 45s} and who ever believes that right? ARR IN BABAY.

Also I dont think this type of player always calls pf with QJo, and there's only one way to make QJs. Furthermore, would he cr for value here with QJ on a paired board?
His line looks weird, and he knows that the Q is a good card for you to double barrel. He could be semi bluffing with Jxhh.
