There is a difference between playing on someone else's account and playing on your own unknown account.
I think playing on someone else's, as alleged in this case, is worse. Ansky only played because he thought it was someone he had played before. Had it been an unknown name, I feel Ansky assumes the risk the player could be better than him.

Ansky you changed your name within a week of me playing your original account, you certainly had a advantage because of this.
