Hey im not really computer smart, and i need someone to help me get my computer running well. Its only 4 mo old, but i must be neglecting it, cause its started to run [censored]. I cleared all the old temp files but maybe there are some virus's on it? I just ran a speed test with my internet provider, and its is running as fast as it should, but it wouldnt upload, and i was told that is something on my computer thats doing that. Send me a pm or respond here if you can help me ASAP.

It definitely could be a virus or spyware or something, and you should follow erbbysam's instructions. But can you be more precise about " its started to run [censored]." What can't it do that it used to do?
