Has anyone had more than one cashout from here? Do they make you send in documents the second time you cashout? I did the signup bonus long ago and sent documents but wonder if I will have to send them again.

I got the email with the offer and deposited. No bonus, so I contacted support. Here's their rather amusing answer:

Dear Toy,

Thank you for contacting our 24/7 Customer Service Department,

Unfortunately you are not entitled to this bonus, the reasons that you received the email is because you are in our mailing list

Unfortunately this was just for a random few that were selected; I do apologize for this and hope that this does not discourage you from our casino and we really apologize for any misunderstandings.

If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us again.

Please remember you can always contact us at our toll-free number 1-888-217-5648.

I hope you have a great day!
