...but not by much and villain is a nit.

This is .25/.50 Pot Limit on Full Tilt and I'm at work so this is from memory. Villain is VMACKZE or something like that. He runs around 12/8/3 over a significant number of hands.

Preflop:
Folds to me in the SB. I raise pot w/ A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. BB calls.

Flop ($3): T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
I bet pot, BB calls.

Turn ($9): T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
I check, BB bets $6, I call.

River ($21): T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I don't think I like c-betting here this flop hits just about everything he is probably calling with. On the turn I probably just C/F since our hand really isn't that strong plus he says he has sometihng AND he is a nit. If the 8c comes on the river I would bet about $10 into him since I think he is checking everyting but a Q here and he might call with the straight on the board. WIth the 8h poping up here and he is still firing I think we fold given our read. Don't know this is a tough spot.

I'm thinking potting the flop was probably bad. But I'd expect him to be able to fold some better hands (mainly small pocket pairs).

I've got a good number of hands on him at 50PL. I have him at 14/7/2.3 flop/turn/river aggression is balanced. My only note on him says he sometimes overplays (4bets) middle pairs.

He folds BB to steal 90+%, so he has a hand, almost certainly a pair. He almost never steals, which means he probably has a set or 88 on the turn... as played I would check/fold turn. KQ or two high hearts is not entirely out of his range, but I've never seen him semibluff... so I'd call river and expect to see a set most of the time.
