Re: Early FTP 1k hand
i highly doubt he's folding TT-KK if you lead 370 on flop
just bet flop, c/something turn, pretend you're bluffing on river profit as to how it played out, i probably just flip a coin on riv |

Re: Early FTP 1k hand
Flop check is fine, but you have to put more thought into why you're doing it and how it affects Villain's perception of your hand. If he's not a mouth breather (and he may well be, I dunno), he isn't going to pay off two streets when you go check-bet-bet on this board after re-raising pre. Your hand is pretty transparent there.
I'm inclined to say that bet-check-bet is the best way to get him to call two streets with the widest range. If you do check, it should be to represent a big pair that isn't happy about the Ace. You're enticing him to bluff you off QQ or something, so either check again or lead kind of weak on the turn and hope he does raise, then call and check-call river. I would have preferred a weaker turn bet, but this is basically what you've done, so call and check-call river. |

Re: Early FTP 1k hand
What is all this nonsense advice?
I like the flop check. Turn b/c is good. Now fold river. He probably has AJ+ |
