whenever i start to get a lil tilty, i just play stupidly (on purpose) and hope to hit something. calling a raise oop with 62 just so i can hit two pair and stack someone. it may cost you some money in the short run, but whenever it works out you insta-detilt and can go on to make tons of money!

it used to really be bad. one thing led to another and instead of trading small stacks it was full stacks. i think that i've cured alot of that problem as of late and i typically stop whenever i feel this tilt coming along, whether i'm stuck or up.
