Default 100nl- AQ in a blind war

In general if its Blind vs Blind or Button vs Blind against players that 3 bet light, is it alright to 4 bet raise or 4 bet shove with AQ?
I know Its alright to 4 bet AK or shove AK all-in all the time in this situation but Im unsure about AQ. Theres more hands that dominate AQ if the shove is called or if Villain 5 bets all in.

Is AQ good enough to go to war with?

its better if its suited imo since ur basically turning ur hand into a bluff. unless u have some history that suggests he's capable of getting it ai pre flop w/ AJs or something. i would call and look at a flop since our hand has his 3 bet range crushed but is in bad shape vs. his 5-betting/4-bet calling range. although having our 4-bet called is unlikely.
