Re: stacking off for 125bb w/ 3rd pair?
[ QUOTE ]
The better he is, the less often you should call this [/ QUOTE ] wouldnt it be the opposite? a better player would be more likely to bluff in my mind, while a worse player would go for the donk check raise with an overpair on the flop, then bet the whole way down |

A good player realizes his line looks really bluffy. A really good player is taking this line w his huge hands sometimes |

Re: stacking off for 125bb w/ 3rd pair?
i think turn call > turn raise. if villain took this line with a better hand he's not dumping it on the turn. also, most people should know that the obvious play w/ a set is to just call the turn so if villain is bluffing they can bluff all in....
also, it sets you up to snap off a bluff w/ hero's pair. if hero did not have a pair a turn shove would have more merit. |

Re: stacking off for 125bb w/ 3rd pair?
Definitely agree that calling>>>>raising the turn. Given he's an aggro spewmonkey sometimes, and you called the turn, you should be calling this river.
