Re: 500k HSP
The creator/owner of Circue du Soleil. Billionaire.
From Wikipedia: "Guy Laliberté (born September 2, 1959 in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada) is the founder and chief executive officer of Cirque du Soleil. Starting out as an accordion player, stiltwalker and fire-eater; Laliberté created his circus which is a synthesis of all circus styles around the world. In 2006, this 95% share holder of the 1.2 billion dollar Cirque Du Soleil was named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year." "In April 2007, Laliberté finished fourth in the Season Five World Poker Tour championship event, earning $696,220. Interestingly, this event was held at the Bellagio (hotel and casino), which houses the Cirque du Soleil residency show "O". He also participated in the 4th season of the TV poker show High Stakes Poker, which has yet to air in the United States" |

Re: 500k HSP
I find it amazing that the last hand of HSP before the new 500K buyin requirement was all about Phil Hellmuth insuring himself on a tiny pot, arguing over $2,000 in insurance payout (38K vs. 40K). WTF.
