Default Folding small full NL 200

READS: Had about 100 hands on villian at this time and had him running around 28 18 2. didnt remember him doing anything noteworthy but he seemed competent at the very least. villan was iltw555 on stars if it matters.

I normally never play turn like this but turn donkbetter was a semi moron who i didnt feel would give me two streets of value with a jack and i felt like iltw's likely holding on the turn was whiffed overs. terrible fold or JJ/99 for sure??

Can't see the cards, but if you have 44 not raising the turn is criminal.
