Hero calls down.

Not a very big pot but still, folding this to an unknown on a board that misses a big part of a typical CO open raise range is too tight. He might have the goods, he might think he has the goods with TT, 88, T9 or similar, he might trying to get your overcards in the muck.

This is especially true in 6-max. I'd call this down in full ring too.
