Default 75$ mtt: calling a push from shortie in bb?

Just won like five pots in a row to take a commanding chiplead, I have no reason to believe that villian is pushing tighter or looser than he should. And if you don't call here what are your ranges then?

I'm almost positive MP1 is me here. Was this just shortly after the bubble busted?
nonetheless, i think you're call is borderline but not terrible

I Think a Call here is probably fine although at the bottom of the range I would call with. Villain is SS at the table and likely is pushing Ax+, KJ+ QJ 22+. I think your fine to call here.

About the only hand that you are beating is KQ or similar. I think calling when you are probably dominated or have 3 outs is too loose. Why would you want to dbl up shortie when he will still be a shortie after you let him steal your blind. He is not desperate yet. You have won 5 in a row though so maybe the poker god kiss has yet to end. This is way too much gamble for me.

you do realize that I only wrote that I won 5 pots in a row to descripe table dynamics right? I don't really care if I the shortie doubles or not, only if the push is ev+ or not.

this is a pretty easy call. His range should include hands like 76s, T9s, KJo... you get the picture. He is profitably pushing like 30% of hands and a lot of players are usually pushing like 60% of hands.
