The fact that re-raising folds out many hands you beat does not mean that it is incorrect. Protecting your hand is a good thing. Whether it's correct in this particular situation is very, very opponent specific. Without a read that villain won't do this with draws or smaller overpairs, I generally get it in on the flop here. |
