So I decided it was worth a try and managed to play 2500 hands and get 30% rakeback. It says accounts were supposed to be credited today, but I have not received anything. Sure they might just be running a little late and plan on paying me but I haven't heard anything about this since I received the original email...30% on 2500 hands isn't gonna be that much money anyways but I was wondering if anybody else got anything like this or is having the same problem?

Try calling them up on the telephone. I used to play there and whenever I gave them a call they were very helpful.

Apparently there was a problem crediting the accounts today but they are gonna try and have it done by tomorrow or the next day. Hopefully won't be an issue, and if I ever get my second and third Party bonuses, watch out... [img]/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]

Been 3 days and I still haven't received anything, despite calling them four times now... They claim it is going to take another 72 hours before I will be credited anything. Not bad for a promo that was supposed to pay automatically on the 14th. Oh well. If Party has taught me anything it is to expect payment to be pushed back as far as possible and to wait as long as it takes. Glad nobody else seems to have participated in this and at least it isn't that much money. [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

I wouldn't worry.

I played on Sultans for ages and they always paid me.

I heard the owner of it is the brother of the guy that runs Prima. Dunno if it's true or not. The customer service isn't great but, again, I always was paid by them.
