Yeah, this is a set ~90% of the time and top set about 80% of the time. You need to be getting 21.5:1 to call for implied odds if an ace falls so if you call and only stick around if you hit, it's a pretty neutral EV call. I'd probably stick around out of stubbornness and then fold the turn, but folding the flop is probably about $0.10 better from an EV standpoint.

[/ QUOTE ] agreed. you cant fold now. you have to at least call because your priced in. i been in these spots before and then they check the turn because they have ace queen with a gutshot or some crap and they are trying to play with your mind on the flop and chicken out on the turn. sure, most of the time, you are behind but folding for 6 bucks is a mistake. |
