better ace would have reraised preflop...you have outs vs A2 and if he had 22 then we reload...you will see a pp and a bad ace enought o make this profitable...said this many time but hero folds at low buy in=bad poker

I'd only worry about 22 and AQ here. AK would have reraised and pairs are down to 2 outs. Weaker aces down to 3 outs or a split.

Pardon me asking, but why did you check the flop? IMO, you likely have the deck crushed, or the other way around, and it will stay that way. Not a lot of crushed hands bet. Is my thinking wrong here [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

Dude, a fold here is an insult to poker itself.
Depending on buy-ins, this could be a big pocket pair, a bad ace, who knows. It is of course possible you're looking at an overzealous player with a better ace or a full boat, but even *most* fairly bad players recognize that the best way to get full value out of such a hand is not to go all in on the flop. I like the check on the flop if you meant to induce a bluff, and now that it's happened, stick it in.
