BofA has a branch on east Sahara, Paradise Valley branch, I always call a day ahead if I wanna withdraw $2000+.
Not that $2k is a problem or anything, just one time I went there and they paid me out in 20's, total PITA !!

Just call one of the B A's in advance and specify you would like hundreds, that way they will have plenty on hand. My bank is mnot in the city I live either but I always call a branch in the city where I am going to need money so it won't be a complete shock. Pretty simple really.

As recently as 1.5 weeks ago I walked into the BoA by UNLV and withdrew low 5 figures and they had all the cash on hand...I have never ever once had a problem with BoA not having enough cash on hand to handle my withdrawals...I love banking with them.....just ask your taxi driver to stop by BoA on the way to your hotel and get the cash...simplest solution...if you are flying in after normal banking hours I would say wire it, but I have always had to visit a branch to do that..
