d.b. cooper first sky jacker
this guy was never caught and the first person i think to do it in the u.s.
well it was on tv that they have dna of his from his tie and clasp. so it may get solved some day. this guy is a cult hero and a ton of speculation over the years has made it famous. |

Re: d.b. cooper first sky jacker
Those guys who escaped from Alcatraz are much more bad ass even though they probably drowned.

[ QUOTE ]
I guess no one watches prison break... [/ QUOTE ] first thoughts as well. this and the escape-from-alcatraz-guys story are apples and oranges. I was hoping this was going to be a book recommendation. |

Re: d.b. cooper first sky jacker
There was an update last week. Some DB Cooper expert thinks he has figured out the identity. He was on Fox News pushing his book.

Re: d.b. cooper first sky jacker
RZ,
The wiki article on DB that I read said DNA was used to rule someone out in Feb '07, so it looks like they've had his DNA for at least a little while and this is no "new" development. ---------- I'm sad to admit that I know the DB story from Without A Paddle. |

Re: d.b. cooper first sky jacker
yea i guess they had the dna for awhile but i just saw the story about it on 60 minutes. and didnt know that. but anyway all that takes awhile to figure out who it belongs to so maybe they are going to find him if he is still alive. what a kick. although i am rooting for him.
