I dont think he ahs AA or KK or QQ cuz he would bet for sure. HE could have AK-AT or JJ. Maybe even a smaller pair but i doubt it.

I say put him AI and watch him fold. HIs AF is 3 but he checks a drawy board, seems weak to me.
This smells like JJ.

I take the free card here, I disagree that he doesn't have AA/KK, even the halfwits mostly know enough to check to the last guy who raised. With a pfr of 5, his 3bet range is likely restricted to AA/KK/AKs.
