Pokertracker and AP Rake Tracking

Does anyone know how PT handles the BBJ rake?

Is there a fix to make the Rake in pokertracker for AP equal the contributed rake because that's how mgr on AP is calculated.

Is it adding the BBJ rake to the total number in pokertracker?
