Default Is this cheating and a security flaw?

This was a quote pulled from a post by NANONUTS from the below linked thread:

"I've been a pro for the last 3 years, I've seen the fish who keep coming back and losing. I've also had my brother who works for a poker site run checks on certain players to see how much they are down..."

IMO there is no was a "pro" would come on a public forum and post this is there were a shred of truth to it.

That is unless it is Absolute and then all bets are off!!!

I take it then if you thought this post to be true, you would answer my question yes?

Would this be akin to having "insider trading information"?

If I thought it to be true than yes it would be cheating by gaining information that is not readily available to the general public but, in fairness, there are countless programs that you can find out the same thing. At least for tournaments there are several, sharkscope being the most well known, along with the pokerdb.

sounds similar to the donks in chat trying to impress noobs by quoting their sharkscope to them.

And one step further why the noobs call or e-mail support and ask them why they post stats and violate their privacy.

Result= Stars can now close your account if you have Sharkscope and the PS client open at the same time. Some players are so self destructive, they beyatch about the games getting harder and do not realize a lot of the blame lies within the poker community.
