I bet/fold river, it gives you a lot of value and it makes it easier to fold when you come over the top.

As played you have to be good 33% of the time for a call to be profitable and I doubt it's a retarded bluff that often: There aren't any real draws out there. This is a set a large amount of the time. It's also a donkey-bluff occasionally, but definitely not enough to warrant a call.
