Default Aq in 3bet pot

So say we 3bet aq vs a button raiser in bb whos playing maybe a little laggy, c-betting often. We see a j 10 7 flop, what is best plan of action for this flop? Donk out? Or CR?

Why do you want to crai? You want FE but you also don't want to put too much more money in.

betting out here isn't donking, you 3bet pre so this is a cont bet - much different. I bet this flop all day long.
