Default Questions on some PT stats

Okay, I just started using PT so I'm trying to get used to it. I plan on playing middle limit hold em and would like some input on whether these guidelines are decent or not.

VPIP-Tight 14.1 to 20
Med Tight 20.1 to 28
Med Loose 28.1 to 38
Very Loose 38.1 up

pf raise %- obviously is going to vary a lot depending upon the VPIP, but what % of the VPIP would you guys use to determine whether someone is passive, aggresive, etc.

Total Aggr Factor-not counting pf raise %
Passive <1
Typical 1-2
Aggressive 2-3
LAG 3-4

WtSD%
37-40% optimal

Folded SB-
80% optimal

Folded BB-
45% optimal

Att to steal-
35-40% optimal

One other questions I have is about the seperate post flop aggresion factors by the different streets, flop, turn and river. I have searched around but haven't found much. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
