Depends on stack sizes. If the out of turn guy is s short stack and the up front players have big stacks the middle guy gets a huge advantage.

If lmp tries to move in out of turn, his bet should certainly stand if the players inbetweem (i.e. you) then decide to fold. Action out of turn may be binding and certainly should be if it affects the action inbetween. So I don't like the decision that his out of turn action is not binding under any circumstances. If the action before him is significantly different then it's ok if he gets to reconsider.
