you think this is for value??!?!?

Of course. Really thin...but it's certainly not a bluff.

We are never good here if he calls.

Fish call here w/ Ax a lot IME.

Plus...I mean look at his line. Why are we automatically giving him credit for an 8 or a K? Why didn't he shove turn? Why the teeny tiny river lead?

LOL @ This hand. WTF. WTF WTF. This is SOOOOOOOO bad.... what are you trying to do? Make him fold an 8? He NEVER calls with worse, so your bet is NOT for value, you might as well have ATC here...

Seriously, WTF ?

On the hand itself: I think I just call the river.

after he calls your turn raise i think its safe to shut it down regardlesss of the river card. he has Kx or 8x like 95% of the time. since he bet so donkishly small on the river u can call just to see wtf he has, but raising is pretty bad

i agree. you can be happy that he bets so little so you have an easy call.

I'd just call, but I think you're ahead way more often thatn you're behind. This line from a donk looks like A high or 3 pairs

Who cares why he made a small bet. If you r winning you will win the same sized pot as if you shoved because he would fold.... reverse implied odds could have a book written about them with this hand as the ONLY example.
