He has a T here 0% of the time.

He has a K here [insert really small number]% of the time.

He has a higher flush here [insert small number]% of the time. (...and probably can't call)

Albeit small, I think there's possibly some value in folding out higher flushes.. specially if villain never has a boat (which is obv up for debate..)

the bottom line is that he probably does have a T here a certain %, his % of a king is probably higher than you think, he probably doesnt fold a flush as often as you'd like to a bet, and he also might be double barreling a lot (so betting can only bring pain--CR BABY)... I think you should not overthink this and just check it.
