No reads on villain, he stacked me a few mins ago with his AA > KK, apart from that ive not tangled too much with him.

I like it. On the turn he could reasonably have 76, 65, 75s, along with 98, 77, 66, or the more rare K6, K7, and some other hands. I see no reason to re-raise or fold there and the river changes nothing.
