Default 10NL AQ, would you commit here??

Villian is 25/9.5 over about 50 hands, he hasn't been involved in any pots beyond the flop to this point. Do you raise on flop or call as I did? I decided to excersise "pot control" by calling here and evaluate again on turn before deciding whether or not to commit my stack to this hand. As played turn seems standard to me, but I'm curious to see if my decision on turn is pretty standard. I'lll post back later tonight showing my decision on turn for final discussion.

It's difficult to exercise "pot control" when your opponent is betting more than the pot on each street. Raise/fold flop. As played fold turn.

This is tough. But i find most overdonk are big draws. Tho, w/ no reads, this is a fold.

depending on the villain's AF, I might call as you did on the flop and reevaluate on the turn. Once he bet out again strongly on the Turn, I am done with the hand.

I dont see how aggression factor is relevant here. It's a measure of how often somebody bets and raises compared to how often they call. It's not a measure of how likely somebody is to donk bet a flop, right?

I think 'bet flop %' would be a more appropriate statistic to look at if you're looking for reads.

Regardless, I think I'd raise here as others have suggested, although I dont think calling is bad either.

I'd be looking to take down this pot on the flop with a raise, because I'd feel uncomfortable if the pot grew very large by the river.

Seeing as you called the flop, I think the turn is a fold after he bet. I'd assume that he could beat TPTK here. *If* he's just bluffing outright here I wouldn't be too concerned, as you'll be able to catch him with a stong hand later on.
