Default MLB Spring Training Tickets Question

Sorry for this random question in advance, hopefully someone knows. The Cubs are playing the Sox in Tucson on Saturday, but it is sold out. Do spring training games still typically have scalpers selling tickets outside the game? Would they be extremely expensive? I'm in Phoenix and want to drive up, but if it won't even be possible to get tickets I won't bother, as it's a 2 hour drive. The highest face value tickets are $14, but I'd pay up to $75 a piece if I knew there would be scalpers.

There will probably be scalpers but just check e-bay and sites like ticketsnow.com etc. Or just search the web for spring training tics. I'm sure somebody somewhere is selling.

Good idea. Maybe I was too drunk to think of this. Thanks for the help.
