Mat- being wise and of sound mind, decided that I get to rule on what happens to RJ.

My decision was that he will be unbanned for real and no longer harassed by mods, but remain exiled from OOT, where it's my impression his worst tendencies were displayed (unlike say BBV4L, where he's pretty good).

Yes. Pittm is now the property of Dids. Mods who wish to alter Pittm's account must get permission from Dids.
