Need Help with Monitor Purchase
I'm getting a new monitor to play poker on and i'm trying to make the right choice.
Option 1: Buy 2x 22' monitors Option 2: Buy 1x 24' monitor I know with the 2x 22's i can really comfortably play 6 tables on each but that will cost my around $700's. I was wondering if i could "get by" with a single 24' monitor, it's resolution is 1920x1200. How many tables will this let me play without killing my eyes? I would like to be able to play atleast 9 tables and the option of playing 12 would be very nice. Oh and the 24' would only set me back like 550 so thats also a consideration is guess? |

Re: Need Help with Monitor Purchase
I just bought a 22" (I 6 table), and I would have to say that two of those are going to be a pretty nice setup for what you are wanting. Just buy them, you'll be glad you did instead of the one 24".

Re: Need Help with Monitor Purchase
Does anyone know if you have to rotate the 30 inch to 12 table? Which 30 inches allow this?

[/ QUOTE ] Rotating a 30" monitor is kind of ridiculous, as 9 regular sized tables will fit with little overlap. You won't be able to rotate any of the 30"ers on their factory stand. It may be an option if you mount it. |

Re: Need Help with Monitor Purchase
Another option I am looking at trying that you might want to check out is the HannsG 28" monitor. 1920x1200 resolution and its a good deal at $600. Has gotten good reviews from owners.
I would love to have a 30" Dell if money was not an issue. But it usually is. |

1 30" > 2 22"s > 1 24" [/ QUOTE ] Bump. Hey all, what's the resolution on the 22'' monitors you're recommending in such a setup? 1680x1050? That's the only resolution I've found on the 22 inchers. Are there 1600x1200 in this size? |

I have two of them to go with my Gateway XHD3000 30" monitor. |
