i like a lead out for about half the pot. looks like a feeler bet and he looks like he has a monster so will come with you

1/2 pot is solid if he calls that then you have a good shot of getting a DU on the turn/river.

i dont think it really matters what you do. villain has QQ+ and isnt getting away after getting over 1/4 of his effective stack in PF.
i probably bet something donkishly small like 35 so he can shove. i he just calls we still have 2 more streets to get in 100bbs, and with the pot/stack sizes thats a piece of cake.

$60, if he calls flop he has a very hard time getting away on the turn when we shove so no need to bet too big on the flop.

well part of the problem was i don't half bet too much, and he knows this i think, but this pot was so big, that if i 3/4 the pot or so, he has no fold equity

1/2 pot, you should lower your bet size as a % of the pot in RR pots anyway

Yeah, bet 1/2 pot or CRAI. Pretty easy straightforward spot.

On a sidenote, what do you guys do when you get called with your 4-bet and doesn't hit? I almost never 4-bet AK with these stacksizes, I just think that I only get called by better hands (against almost all opponents that is). I might be wrong though.
