Bet flop. As played I think shove is fine, if he has 22, shake your fist and mumble to yourself

Agree with above.

In limped pot, villain often has combo-draw or middle(unlikely)/bottom set. But given the odds, you have to call.

Amusing anecdote: Can't really remember when was the last time I saw everyone @ 6-max limp preflop.

After I quickie-read this through, I thought "man, wtf is he completing with Q6o?". Then I realized everyone else limped also, so he's getting million to one.

And besides, if the other players are so bad to limp this much, they will pay more easily off when Hero hits big.
