Is villain 3-barrelling or are we smoked?

Villain is a solid TAG as far as I know - which means I only beat a bluff on river. Before this hand did villain stack another grinder at the table in a 3-bet pot (he had an OP vs a worse OP). Should I call on river?

I 3-bet preflop. As played i probably just say to myself "Well, I probably cant fold this since its BvB and I´ve induced a bluff by calling him down". Then I hate myself after he shows AK.
