Default a short play along

Part Poker 1/2 full ring

Reads:
CO; Medium tight, medium aggressiv player. Tries to steel sometimes but not excessivly. Doesn't have any two cards here.

BB; Very loose preflop, sees almost every flop. He has been at this table for two orbits only so reads are not very reliable.

Hero is dealt 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] in SB

Preflop: All fold to CO who raises. Button folds. Hero?

fold. your hand wont play well 3 way OOP. your BB read implies it might be tough to get him to fold...the read would be better if we had an idea if table is aggressive such that he is seeing every flop in raise pots for 2-3 bets....

also u should change seats to exploit bb.

Folding and raising are both OK. Calling probably isn't--if you decide to play, you don't want BB coming along as a pair is way less likely to hold up if there are 2 opponents rather than 1.

A 3-bet lets you often get in a HU pot with the BB and your SB as an overlay (2.5 SB to win 4.5 SB). But folding can be right too, depending on the BB, the style of the raiser (here this can go either way it seems), and how well you handle pairs UI and OOP postflop.

Obviously I didn't fold (maybe shoud have). Wouldn't be much of a play along if I had.

Hero is dealt 6 6 in SB

Preflop: All fold to CO who raises. Button folds. Hero raises, BB calls, CO calls.

Flop: 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Hero?
