i was villain there (drunk + running good = awesome). fwiw i am all for the small 4bets but 56 is just slightly too small given stacks, especially with hands like JJ or AK. as it is you are always in a [censored] position oop on the flop -- you will almost never get action from worse when you do this with JJ, as here, and at the same time you can't like betting the flop when you miss with AK (and when you hit with AK you will also rarely get action from worse). that said i know i misplayed it worse than you did.

i broke even at 2/4 and 3/6 over 140kish hands, so i stepped down to 1/2 for a couple thousand hands to regain confidence etc. but then this happened



(about 75/25 2/4 and 3/6) not exactly killing, but compared to the sick sick sick bad run i was going on, i'll take it
