Hello,
villain is 40/17/4.4 Can I call turn/river? Should I have raise anywhere? I thought a weaker Ace is more likely than a flush. I lead the flop here take control of the situation and then make a judgement call if he rasies. I think AJ or AQ is definatly in his range.

why would you slowplay TPTK?
specially with possible flush draw. if he have AQ or AJ or flush draw, he is not fold to your flop checkraise. |

If you want to play for stacks I like how you played this. I'm just going to bet/bet/decide alot of the time though. I'd have a hard time bet/folding to somebody like this.

i think on this type of board, we have to lead the flop, especially since youre the aggressor. it doesnt make much sense to be aggressive preflop and turn passive on a drawy board. hes calling if he has AQ AJ and maybe even AT.

You 3b and then don't cb on w/ TPTK on a FD board.
I only like this if you are planning on CR the flop. I don't like the CR line this deep on that board too much and would prob just bet it out. As played, turn is meh. I think he would take a showdown with a worse ace, esp after you call his turn bet. I don't think I'm calling river. |

Instead of going call/call/call, this should be bet/bet/bet

I call all three streets and expect to see AK, AQ, AJ here a lot.
I really like your line, even if he shows up with the winner. |

[/ QUOTE ] i agree, if you were playing for stacks, probably the best way to do it, but with that little flush draw on the flop, i'd end up betting this one out, instead of c/c through |
