Borgata 5/10 and 10/20 NL developments
1) As of Friday, the min buyin for 5/10 NL is $500 and max is $2000.
2) They started spreading a 10/20 NL game with min buyin of $1000 and max $5000. It went Saturday afternoon but within a couple of hours it broke and was not started again the rest of Saturday. It did not seem to cannibalize the 10/25 uncapped NL game. |

Damn, I was thinking about taking a shot at short-stacking the 5/10 NL next time I was up there. Were others trying this and annoying the regulars?

Hmm a 10/20 NL AND a 10/25 NL? Thats not going to last long, one of those games is going to go. To be honest, they should just turn the 10/25 into a 25/50 given how deep it plays.

[/ QUOTE ] I was hearing some of the regulars say that usually the 10/25 players want to bump up the blinds to 25/50 anyway. There are people that don't want to play in an uncapped game. I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary playing 5/10 on Saturday in terms of people buying in short, etc. |

If your stack exceeds twice the maximum buy-in you can reduce your stack to twice the maximum buy-in at your option. You can only be bullied up to the size of your own stack. |

Not true...if you have 2500 and someone has 11,000 in front of them, they can really bet you out of the pot alot more than if they had 2500 like you man...its just not fair

[/ QUOTE ] No way man. If you have 100 vs a guy who has 1000 and you go allin against him, he's only risking 10% of his stack, but you're risking your whole stack! Completely unfair. |
