As mentioned, the best of billy wilder, the coen brothers, kevin smith and tarantino is going to be some of the best dialogue ever put on screen.
In the end though I think if we're just talking about the movie with the best dialogue ever it has to be Casablanca. P.S. For some reason firefox seems to believe I'm misspelling dialogue. |

I watched Fame the other day, and was blown away by how natural the dialogue was. The verdict is still out, since we just save the last hour to the DVR and watched Bama lose to LSU.
