my hourly has been about 550 (for 2/4-10/20, much less if you count nosebleed shots ) for the past 450 or so hours, but i only charge 350/hr for coaching. i think it should be higher than my hourly though and i might end up increasing it in the future.

why do you think this? i have always assumed coaches charge less (usually around 3/4 or so) than their hourly.

I think coaching rates should be < then winrates. Reasons being:

- Coaching is relatively easy money w/o variance.

- During a coaching agreement, the mentor is learning aswell. It doesn't work one way.

I think rates should vary according to who your dealing with IE 50max player that you walk through a few levels you charge more.

Constructive discussion for both parties with a $5/%10 winner trying to move up to and stay at high stakes, a little less.
