99 facing a shove
I felt that 3x raise from such a short stack was very strong but 99 was the best hand I got in like 30min. What should I do? look for a better spot or gamble to get some chips?

Re: 99 facing a shove
Read dependent. No matter what its an all-in or fold situation. Raiser just put in 1/3 of their chips and you have only 11 BB's left. You want the others to go away if you're in this with 99.
If you feel they are shoving with any 2 good cards, you may be ahead on a coinflip. If its a solid, very tight player I would fold as they may be setting up a trap with AA, KK or such. Having that little in chips and only going in with a standard raise with 5 players to go is fishy. Either baiting the hook or a bad player. |

Re: 99 facing a shove
Yes his raise is disconcerting but he has like 7 BB's and plenty of morons don't realize they should be shoving and you have 99 with like 11 BB's so you are all in.

Re: 99 facing a shove
I did shove as you guys said. He showed QQ and I lost. Just wanted to make sure my shove wasn't terrible. Thanks.
