FTP should have a deposit assistance calling number that you can reach them at when your deposit fails. Did you try calling them. I remember when I tried to use my credit to play on FT that it was declined. I called them and they recommended that I opened an NT account. This, of course, was when NT was still performing transactions for US customers.
