Default nl 50 top pair with flush draw

K, so I'm becoming more aggressive...is this too aggressive, or do you like my line here?

A buddy of mine makes this play all the time and is a pretty big winner. I like it. You have tons of outs: he folds, you hit your flush, you hit 2p or trips, or he is on a flush draw and misses.

Pokerstove says:
990 games 0.001 secs 990,000 games/sec

Board: 3s 9s Td
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 32.828% 32.83% 00.00% 325 0.00 { JsTs }
Hand 1: 67.172% 67.17% 00.00% 665 0.00 { 3d3h }

I think calling and reevaluating should be fine too ? I know his range is wider, but right now we only have a pair of Tens. (I would shove too, but this might be a leak)

I like your line here. Once in a while you'll run into a set, but I think its +EV in the long run.
