Default NL200: AA value bets

Villain is basic donkey/calling stationish 81/4/1.5
I'm wondering if this is standard? Because feels like in the last few sessions I always get raised on the river, but I have to valuebet the river to get value out of TPTK kind of hands don't I? What if I had QQ or AJ in this spot? do you value bet the river then or go for pot control at some street?

Looks good until the river. I bet $60ish on the river, and as played snap-call his raise. Seriously, given stats he's not laying down any J on the river, so get more value. 1.5 AF is very aggro for someone with an 81 VPIP, and there are a ton of busted draws that he could be bluffing on the river after you bet less than half the pot, plus a guy like this can easily be raising a J "for value".

I can't see why you half pot the river unless you're trying to induce a bluff.

I don't really mind the river fold. Everytime I call here 1 pair is never good (although maybe he has J8). But bet more on the river.

Pot limit hand. I think $6 is pot in bvb.

As for the hand, I'm not folding there ever.
