Default bet this turn?

20-40 live 9 handed. This is my second hand at this table. I have no read other than the villian is a middle eastern guy(Usually Lagy).

I raise from HJ with KdJs and only BB calls.

The flop: 2d4c6s

I bet, He pauses, studies the board for a couple seconds, looks at me and then calls as he shakes his head as if not happy about it.

The turn: 2d4c6s7c

He checks...Is this a standard bet here?

I dunno. I sort of feel like he has a pair given his flop performance.

Depends. If he's genuinely not happy, double barrel, you can make him fold peeled overs. If he's hollywoody, then check the turn.

If this is FW 20-40 you're almost always getting c-raised or called down here. Against many 10-20 players though I find a bet.
