Default Is there a program that makes you understand percentages better?

I am thinking of a simple program where you can click a button a make it perform a 25%/75% sequence ect. And you can see the outcome immediately. So if you spend some time doing this you will have a good understanding of how much you are supposed to win and lose in certain situations. I know the exact same thing happens when you play alot of poker, but this would be a nice shortcut

P(X) <= .02; where X is defined as the probability that you googled "probability simulator" prior to making this post.
