What was the reason for minraising on the flop other than to tell villain that you have an ace? If you raised both for value and to protect against all the OESD draws, which is only if villain holds 64, you need to raise more here.

Two pair on the turn, and you called his bet. This is fine, but if you decide to call here thinking you are ahead more than often enough, there is no river decision left because of remaining stack sizes. So either fold here if you think you are behind most of the time, or smoothcall and get the rest in on the river.
