Re: We haven\'t won yet: latest (10/19) cliff\'s notes on AP scandal
in all seriousness though, scandal can be found in any field of business throughout this world we live in, as long as their is an opportunity to make a cheap buck in the dark, there will be someone out there trying to take advantage of this, elections have been rigged, juries have been bought, maybe the San Jose Mercury News can convince its readers not to vote or take part in jury duty as well since these systems have been tainted before

Re: We haven\'t won yet: latest (10/19) cliff\'s notes on AP scandal
[ QUOTE ]
How? There system got *compromised*, it was known to everyone it got *compromised* and then they sent a support host here to say it wasn't when they knew it was. After extreme heat and detective work they admit it was *compromised.* IMO, total scum that they tried to cover it up first. If they would of come clean and said an inside job did it, it wouldnt be as worse. But the fact they first lied when everyone knew they were lieing(sp?), not good. IMO.... [/ QUOTE ] If after you read their statement, this is still your response, then I have no problems with it. However, I do think you should read their statement before you come to a final conclusion. Best wishes, Mason |

Don't want to burn Mason for his remark just lost complete respect for him is all. I think I'm being leveled. [/ QUOTE ] Over the years I've lost track of the number of people who have lost complete respect for me. So at the very least you should know you have a lot of company. MM |

Re: We haven\'t won yet: latest (10/19) cliff\'s notes on AP scandal
I met Mason and Mat this past May (I think) and they seem like stand up guys who want the best for poker. Over the course of a meal with them I heard tons of stories from Mason about problems within the industry and what 2p2 does in response to such problems. While I am not going to share details, I guarantee they will not stand up for a [censored] statement from AP.
